I have always enjoyed making people happy, throughout the years I have been working in the food industry I have learned you can make people happy by focusing on every one as an individual, setting high standards of quality and excellence, teamwork, and connecting with everybody on a personal yet very professional level.

Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, making the weekly schedules, cash handling, and money drops. While at that job, I made great relationships with the employees, we worked well together, but I was also able to make leadership decisions regarding guest complaints or in dealing with the employees in specific instances regarding company policy.
I attended College of the Canyons to pursue a career in Culinary, they have a Culinary Program which I completed with a certificate after two years of taking all the required courses plus a few more. Among the required courses were Introduction to Hospitality, Safety and Sanitation, Restaurant Management, and Food Cost and Control.
As a Service Professional for Red Lobster, I have learned to better establish a connection with guests and employees a like, take personal responsibility for my actions, as well as keep others accountable for theirs, demonstrate and promote a high standard of company policy, and focus on teamwork and that everyones opinions are valid and worth my time and respect.
