Daily operations of the park include but are not limited to;
Opening procedures such as unlocking and cleaning restroom facilities.
Routine inspection/repairs/maintenance of irrigation and plumbing throughout the park and its facilities.
Routine landscaping duties such as weed abatement, tree trimming, lawn mowing, and trail maintenance.
Basic maintenance of power equipment such as; chainsaws, line trimmers, gas blowers, pole saws, lawn tractors and utility vehicles.
Supervision and guidance of participants of the county Work Release Program.
Gatehouse operation and service based interaction with the public and park guests.
Primary duties include first hand customer interaction on and off the sales floor with a focus towards both sales and repair.
Cashier and Sales floor duties were of top priority alongside repair service orders and technical inquiries.
Secondary duties were to include;
Shipping and receiving of store stock and that of carry in repair items.
Inventory control and accountability of all store stock: repair parts, lawn and garden products, tools, floor care, and appliance accessories.
Replenishment and organization of merchandise on sales floor and in overstock locations.
Responsibility of compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets and weekly environmental reports for safe handling/disposal of hazardous waste materials.
Equipment Operation (forklift and pallet jack) during the receiving of store stock.
Maintenance of soccer complex and its facilities.
Filling in holes on the soccer field after heavy use or following rain.
Maintenance of restrooms, office space, and storage areas such as organization, cleaning, basic repairs and painting.
