Left the Mann organization after a short period of time due to very limited cooperation and resources to effectively do the tasks asked of me to build a BDC to facilitate 5 stores. Suggested several options to successfully implement the departments but received no approvals to proceed.
While employed at the Mann organization, I was referred to the owners of Dutch's Chevy-Ford as having the right experience to create their Business Development Center. After several meetings and discussions we developed a plan and I went to work for them.

Started out managing a retail location. Within 2 months of accepting the position, the company decided to end the retail operations within Lexington, Ky. I was then offered a territory sales position in their wholesale department. I was the ONLY employee offered employment within the 3 locations.
My duties included existing accounts as well as building new accounts.
My responsibilities were to maintain a relationship and provide support to our dealers i.e.: product support, updates, problem solving, and increasing sales.
