I am recently looking to shift gears in my career. I am a professional at warehouse operations and labor but I am very interested and motivated in learning how to become a successful Inside Sales/Call Center Representative, Front Desk Clerk, or Medical Office assistant. Although I have never worked in a call center or had many office positions, I feel I have a lot of qualities that will be valuable to your company. I am very comfortable with operating a computer and telephone, and satisfying customers is my top priority. I have been with my current employer for 21/2 years now and my managers and coworkers have nothing but positive things to say about me. I am a very friendly and trustworthy employee. I have been awarded Employee of the Month with my current employer and I exceed my job expectations on a regular. I am also trusted with important job duties on a daily basis to help the company and my fellow co-workers be successful. I am very proud of all the work I do.
I am responsible for researching product on the company's computer system to check and correct any errors that slow down my coworkers from completing their tasks.
My responsibilities included sorting through clothing and preparing them to be shipped out by labeling, folding, and placing them into totes to be stacked on a pallet. I also assisted my leader with distributed work to co - workers.
I operated cash register and assisted customers face to face and over the phone on a daily basis. I also restocked store supplies as needed.
