Started in Stow at DFW7 in 2013, Stowing products into bins consists of 6 sided check for damages and asin progression.Became an Ambassador for Stow; for 2013 and 2014 where I trained new employees how to stow, you scan the tote or cart, scan the product, do a 6 sided check to make sure there are no damages and to make sure that you are using asin progression plus gave the new associates feedback.  Cross trained  into receive, where I would receive product off the line and place them in totes. Cross trained in ICQA to help with the counting of bins to keep  the counts of products accurate.I have learned to count in Simple Bin, counting each item in the bin and entering the number Into the scanner, I have also learned SRC simple record count, scan the bin with the  scanner it  lets you know which item needs to be counted and you scan that item and enter the number into the scanner.Cycle count, where you take all items out of the bin and scan each item back into the bin. All this is done by doing a 6 sided check to make sure the products are not damaged. Transferred to PHL7 in July 2015 where I continued in ICQA I was trained in Problem Solve for ICQA, taking care of any problems that a ICQA person has had an Issue with.   Trained in Date Lot, where you are given a list of bins to check for out of date or Soon to be out of date items. Once they are found they are scanned into a damage tote and sent to destroy.Also trained in MOD (Make on Demand) it is a room within the building that paperback books are made. I was trained to do quality checks on gray-scale from the printer to make sure that the pages would line up for the books. Checked the book covers to make sure that they were in line for the books. Tests blank books by measuring these books to make sure they were in line for the specifications of the books. Checked finished products to make sure everything aligned properly. If there was anything off center, at any point of this process the computers would have to be adjusted and then remeasure everything again. This was done twice a day.Transferred to SAT2 in August of 2016, where I am counting in SBC and SRC. Trained in Jackpot for peak, to audit the totes from the pickers. To see why there was a problem with that tote and to report it to their manager. Do a end of shift report.I have also stowed in SAT2 along with decanting in receive.Currently working in Damageland, going through totes and carts of products brought  into damageland to be stowed with other damages that are broken sets or just damaged from the Kiva robots if they are too damaged they are thrown away by scanning the asin into either the liquid barcode or the solid barcode. This keeps an accurate account of products in the building and what is being done with them. Do a wash report of what was left from the night shift for WIP, backlog, number of carts left for day shift, and also a count of the number of totes that are ready to be stowed. This report is done at the SOS and EOS. Also doing CDC audits, checking to make sure products are labeled correctly, to correct the ones that are not.

In charge of a million dollars worth of products, including set top boxes and remote controls.

Daily and weekly inventory of products had to account for all products at all times. Whether they were with technicians, in customers’ homes, being refurbished or out for additional cleaning and sitting in warehouse.  

My job was test the  products when they were returned to warehouse to see if they needed to be sent out for additional repair or additional cleaning. I taught Technicians how to use new set-top boxes and remote controls.  Other daily routines included data entry, filing, and faxing, copying, order processing, shipping and receiving.
