  • Meet the customer at the door, greet the customer with a smile and kind words, and then seat the customer while explaining the menu.
  • Extra duties included- delivering food to tables, bussing tables, cleaning the store during and after hours, drink running, running board (the system used to tell if tables were clean and if customers could sit there) and putting customers on a wait whenever busy, entertaining the customers when there was a wait, and interacting with customers to get feedback on how the servers were doing and how well the food was.
