Army Achievement Medal #1 - PFC Claire performed excellently as the primary Heavy Equipment Operator, and Subject Matter Expert.

Executing precision operating maneuvers with zero incidents or damage, his actions alone restored 50% of the Brigades dig assets to the mission without missing a hit time. PFC Claire was the sole purpose 2ABCT's dig assets were delivered on time in order to defend against, block in, or turn and fix the enemy in close combat.

Army Achievement Medal #2 - SPC Claire was crucial to the success of the 9th Brigade Engineer Battalion during the Combined Resolve XIV rotation in Ziemsko, Poland. His efforts as a Heavy Equipment Operator were crucial to the missions success. Without his dedication and hard work the 9th brigade engineer Battalion would not have been able to support the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team in their 2 attack phases and subsequent defense phase over the span of 10 days.

Army Achievement Medal #3 - SPC Claire Devoted over 50 consecutive hours of operation time to the success of the Gila 2020 Wet Gap Crossing for Defender 2020. He constructed a 1.7km long Anti Tank Ditch, which was used as a counter mobility obstacle for the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team to breach, allow freedom of mobility and maneuver to the Wet Gap Crossing. He also used the D7R dozer to successfully spread over 1000 tons of aggregate totaling over 10km of improved avenues of approach and key embankments. In addition He worked with foreign contractors in an effort to create a spatially efficient stock pile logging in over 500 hours of stick time.
