  • Company Annual revenue: $500 Million to 1 Billion dollars. 
  • Established a Common Understanding within Domestic and International Operations by Creating and Presenting a PowerPoint presentation for CPM comprehension of the Logistics and IT\\'s involvement within Clinical Trials Management.   
  • Negotiated new LOWER transportation rates between both express couriers, FedEx and UPS as well as with our 3PL Freight Forwarders for savings of between 11%-32% off each shipment while increasing our shipping lanes and adding additional services that were not previously included or known as being available to Biomedical Systems.

  • Work closely with the Archiving Manager to monitor the recording and filing/retrieval movement of any documents and or equipment relocated on and offsite.  Assist with communications and storage negotiations with the 3rd Party storage company utilized for archiving sensitive and secured materials.

  • Coordinated staffing needs with up to 6 stationed Dock Supervisors in a 200+ Load Door Cross Dock Operation to ensure all required "hot" expedited freight was unloaded and reloaded.

  • Created and established the "Check System", "High/Low System" and "Line Lead" employees to advance and organize the workforce.  Sr. Management mandated my process to all sorts after my team produced great results.  This method was engineered to ensure property sorting methods and accuracy standards are met while keeping the workforce invested and engaged within their performance.
  • Developed a new method to stream line the Hub\\'s Local OB Shipping Teams that enabled them to perform their daily duties more efficiently.  I was able to decreased man hours by 2 hours on avg. each shift while improving quality and accountability.  
  • Held bi-weekly conference calls with USPS Regional Postmaster to review and correct On Time Service failures for FedEx SmartPost packages in their possession.
  • Organized and mapped out daily trailer loads by creating additional Flex Loads based on projected volume capacities and destinations.
  • Kept our hub\\'s Load Factor in the top 3 hubs in the region by decreased shipping costs while maximizing cubic trailer space the entire time I managed the shipping teams.
  • Led 2 separate sorts to their 1st ever, as well as the Hub\\'s 1st year long Injury Free records.
