To Whom it may concern,

My name is Jessica, i am a very ambitious,loving,outgoing,caring person. I love to put a smile on someones face and be there in their time of need. Helping people is truly my passion, I love being able to sit down and listen to someone who is having a hard day or just having a rough time in life. I have been though some things myself in my own life so i feel like i can relate to alot of people. I am the type of person who passes no judgement no matter what the situation may be. I am very driven and i put 100% into everything that i do. I am very reliable and take my work very seriously. I am someone who you can depend on and if given a hard task i will do whatever i have to do to make sure it gets done using the resources around me or just by using the knowledge that i have learned throughout my life. My greatest passion is taking care of people and helping people as much as i can. Over the years and with previous jobs i have learned plenty of social skills. problem solving, working as a team with my other co-workers. If there is ever a problem that occurs i prefer to try and handle it myself or with a fellow co-worker before i take it to management, unless it is a problem that needs to be brought to managements attention immediately. Overall i am a very hard worker and give/put my all into the job i am hired for. As for my flaws, i would say one of my biggest flaws is over doing myself, i tend to my heart into my work more then i should. For example: if there is a problem at work i tend to take it home with me and sometimes it can affect my mood at home but it is all because i have a huge heart and i care deeply about people around me. But that is something that i am working on. I am a very easy person to get along with and i love working as a team with my co-workers but i am also okay with working alone. This is just a quick summary of who i am as a person and employee.
