In August of 2018 I was one of the two selected to be a "BeneGuru". The BeneGuru is a tenured Arch Expert who hits their sales goals in Benefit products and shares with the district on how they reach their goals. They are also masters of the Benefit 9 Step Service and exceeding their one brow an hour goal. These Arch Experts also sell benefit product to at least 33% of their service guests. The BeneGuru trains new coming Arch Experts and helps Retail Account Manager lead corporate trainings.
In December 2018 our Brow Bar broke a $4,000 service sale milestone in one week. We were the first and only counter in the Northeast to do this
In Feburary 2020 I broke a $1,000 service sale milestone in the first week of opening business. I was the only Arch Expert in the Northeast to ever do this the first week of opening.
