•Designed and implemented an in house application to track real time profit and loss when the business switched from cost plus billing to transactional billing resulting in a savings of $21,000.
•Created a Lean Management tracking tool which allowed the Lean Management Department to better track problem solving jackets, A3s and Kaizen Blitz's. This allowed them to keep track of “Opportunities” and the employees involved, and saving the Lean Department an average of 80 hours a week.
•Designed, developed, implemented and led a team to complete full integration between oracle application server (oracle reports) and a warehouse management system, eliminating the need to outsource to the vendor for custom reporting. Saving the business over $730,000, the first year.
•Designed, developed, implemented and led a team to complete full integration between an in house Yard Management System (YMS) and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
•Analyzed current business processes and suggested process changes for the business which saved right at $1,000,000 in the first two years after the changes were implemented.
•Designed, developed and implemented a fully in house health insurance claim tracking software system. The application was fully built to the needs of the business, this saved the business money from an off the shelf product.
