For most of my professional life, I have worked as an artist, creating unusual hand painted items for the home, creating commissioned murals and other art projects. When not creating art, I was creating food, cooking very complicated foods in various restaurants from Portland Maine to
Key West Florida. I have worked for eleven years in the seed business,
learning about growing, processing and donating hundreds of pounds of various seeds. My clients for the handpainted furniture and items were housed in the best zip codes throughout the United States. My creations have appeared in national and international decorating magazines.
I ran my own business from an obscure location specializing in trend making design and unusual accessories for the home decorating market.
Many of my creations have appeared in national and international decorating magazines.
Helping establish a seed donation program that specialized in third world countries, helping the poor to help feed themselves, as well as helping community gardens and other charity based garden projects help with the most expensive items, the seeds.
My job activities are to host customer wine tasting, featuring the wines we make here in Lincolnville. I also have been involved with other projects, including wine pairings and cooking as well as creating the first company cookbook.
I started in the shipping department, then took over the donation program.
