Assures Johnston County EMS System complies with all local, state and national rules, regulations and clinical operating guidelines. As the county's Infection Control Officer and Safety Officer responsibilities included but not limited to completing all Qualitative and Quantitative Fit Testing, delivery of required Annual Blood Borne Pathogen training, compliance of all safety aspects for all new and existing Johnston County EMS employees according to and keeping in compliance with CDC, OSHA, state and local guidelines.
