Project lead on creation of a 4 tier job training program for 30 hourly learners. Created time lines and milestones, which were all met. Recruited and sunset team members as needed, depending on their subject matter. Created policies for all training.
Regional Training Coordinator for Styron's Cornerstone learning management system. Implemented the LMS across Styron. Trained training coordinators in the system and am contact for learners in countries that do not have a training coordinator for accessing classes, training new employees on the system.
Load new classes into Cornerstone and troubleshoot problems with existing classes.
Consult with IT, HR, Customer Service, Production Areas across the globe on training needs assessments; lead implementation on any new classes/seminars needed.
Keep up-to-date on any changes Cornerstone makes quarterly on the learning management system. Determine impact of changes; communicate/train employees, as needed.
Create/run reports for Production, Legal and HR, as needed.
Assess third-party classes for content, make recommendations to learners.

Project Lead for development and implementation of training programs for Michigan Operations Spec Mono and AEM plants. Plant focus has always been around EH&S requirements only, projects took training to more hands-on/field experience.
Worked in training and employee development for many plants inside Dow. This included conducting seminars on how to create employee development plans.
Also worked extensively with Dow's learning management system (MyLearning). Entering data/running reports/consulting with management/MyLearning group/training coordinators on updates & coaching on using the system.
Attended Six Sigma Green Belt training; member of 2 Six Sigma Black Belt projects and many Green Belt projects.
Also worked in purchasing, and on capital projects during these years.
While working on capital projects, was responsible for purchasing/receiving of equipment. Always met time lines, no projects were held up because of missing equipment.
