Project Lead for development and implementation of training programs for Michigan Operations Spec Mono and AEM plants. Plant focus has always been around EH&S requirements only, projects took training to more hands-on/field experience.
Worked in training and employee development for many plants inside Dow. This included conducting seminars on how to create employee development plans.
Also worked extensively with Dow's learning management system (MyLearning). Entering data/running reports/consulting with management/MyLearning group/training coordinators on updates & coaching on using the system.
Attended Six Sigma Green Belt training; member of 2 Six Sigma Black Belt projects and many Green Belt projects.
Also worked in purchasing, and on capital projects during these years.
While working on capital projects, was responsible for purchasing/receiving of equipment. Always met time lines, no projects were held up because of missing equipment.
