  • Breathed life into the mill's Reliability program through establishing various systems and programs. Ultrasonic lubrication for critical motors, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes, oil analysis program, operator basic care routes, operator driven reliability routes, 5S gearbox storage, 5S oil storage, saved mill $400k via drone inspections and $650k+ per year in TSP failures
  • Efficiently managed the PV&T program including safety relief valves. Out of over 1000 tanks at the mill, 700 tanks were overdue for inspection/repair. By 2022, the mill is nearly within complete compliance
  • Led 10 ECM/Lubricators and 4 Vibration Technicians (3 Level III and 1 Level I) on a daily basis. Started every day off reviewing prior day's performance, liabilities, and safety concerns while identifying the high risk task for each day.   • Routinely pulled data around bad acting equipment throughout the mill to help maintenance and operations better target their endeavors and increase OME
