  • Program Management – Managed the City’s IT Project Governance Program including120 projects and a portfolio budget of over $97M. Collaborated with CIO and DCIO to establish and gain approval for the IT Enterprise Governance Board and Governance Program. Managed and facilitated recurring project review board meetings and enterprise governance board meetings;
  • Portfolio Management Leadership / Executive Reporting - Developed and deployed multiple EPPM tools (via SharePoint, MS Project Server, and in-house EPPM prioritization portal) to provide project transparency to executive stakeholders. Responsible for tracking key decisions/actions, approvals, and reporting compliance processes required for compliance with the city's IT policies, standards, guidelines, and methodologies; and
