Restructured affirmative action plans (AAPs) to properly align with the structure of the company, reducing the number of Plans from 70 to 23, and thereby limiting the company's exposure to OFCCP audits. 
Successfully managed the closure of 95% of audits conducted by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), with no Conciliation Agreements or monetary settlements saving an average of $250k per audit. 
Partnered with Staffing and HR representatives to ensure the accuracy of applicant/hire data, and trained them on the Internet Applicant Rule to establish compliant hiring practices.
