  • Facilitate the final steps and case resolution of any final non-confirmations, per the E-Verify processing procedures, and ensure proper filing of documentation Provide ongoing reporting to Brand partners to identify Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance Conduct ongoing compliance education, facilitation, maintenance and networking Prepare store associate severance packages and answer all management and associate questions about severance plan benefits Serve as back-up to screening administrator, which includes initiating, tracking and issuing status reports for background and drug screen profiles as needed; monitoring all flagged orders and communicating instructions for process to hiring managers and applicants as necessary; adjudicating and interpreting flagged backgrounds and convictions and submitting to committee for review when appropriate Effectively communicate with customer groups, including Payroll, Brand HR, Store Management, Internal and External Counsel and Government Agencies.
