-Responsible for conducting First Article Inspections (FAI).
-Validate Supplier’s products conform to Applied Materials specification through the FAI process. This includes reading drawing and specification and comparing to the Supplier’s reported data to ensure compliance. -Review the reported “tools used” are the correct tools to perform the job. Communicate with Supplier whenever necessary and provide them training when needed.
-Perform internal product and process audits to validate specification compliance.
-Coordinated with Sales Engineering Group to create product quote for Customer.
