Accomplishments

In the 4 years with my current employer, I worked my way from a temporary Master Artist, to Master Supervisor, to Master and Tooling Supervisor/Project Scheduler, to Development Manager.

I started in the Master Artist department, was promoted to Supervisor where I built the team from 5 employees to 18 employees, while streamlining the process, and converting from "tribal knowledge" to a step by step training manual.

The company has seen exceptional growth, and as the business grew, I was also tasked with scheduling projects from Masters into Tooling, as well as streamlining the tooling process and building that team from 4 employees to 12 employees.

Our company then underwent a Global merger last year, and I was promoted to Development Manager, where I oversee projects from Sculpt release, through Master approval.

Last October, after 27 years in Broomfield, we moved into a newer and smaller building. The move had to be completed within 2 weeks, while maintaining production. My department only had 3 total days of downtime in productivity (only department to meet goal) which required a great deal of efficiency and planning.

I also innovated several processes and new products in a pseudo R&D capacity where our R&D department couldn't find the solution.

Previously, I owned and operated Fitz Graphix, where I built a large and loyal customer base of dealerships, roadracers (MRA) and individuals. With over 20 years experience in the custom painting arena, and over 6 years of owning/operating my own business, you will be hard pressed to find anyone with a background as strong and deep.
