Ability to listen effectively; knowledge of child and

relationship with other social services providers, service purchasers, and

Proficient in troubleshooting, identifying, assessing, and creating a plan to overcome problems efficiently and effectively. Significant experience in all responsibilities regarding managing a working farm. Basic knowledge of mechanics and maintaining machinery. Ability to manage large scale properties (1,000+ acres) efficiently. Knowledge of basic carpentry skills as needed to manage a working farm. Extensive knowledge and experience with managing domesticated and undomesticated wildlife.
