Developed the LIHTC Compliance Division.  Created all policies, procedures, training manual, verification forms,  reports, leasing and occupancy reports.

Successfully worked directly with numerous developers from the initial lease up through ongoing management.

Provide suggestions and advice to developers in order to successfully develop and lease up properties - many times far ahead of schedule.

 Provide compliance consulting to colleagues in the industry on complex compliance issues.
