Manage all aspects of NCAA, conference and university rules for university intercollegiate athletic program.

Analyze and interpret rules governing NCAA athletics recruitment, eligibility, financial aid, awards and benefits, ethical conduct, and playing and practice season regulations.

Work closely with athletic team coaches and staff in all matters of NCAA rules.

Produce and deliver effective rules education programs on a monthly basis.
