Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with institutions of higher education financial aid officials and university directors throughout Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. Provided exceptional customer service to existing clients while adding new institutions. Educated institutional financial aid staff on KeyBank Federal and Private Student Loans. Increased overall loan volume in the 3 state area by 7% in first year, by gaining institution's trust and being placed on preferred lender lists. Moved from a risk management position within the corporate offices, to field marketing , to administrator of a Medicaid State Program office, to finally overseeing/managing a zone of three Medicare home health agencies.
Grand Court Lifestyles - From 1997 to 2000 held positions of Marketing Director for a 126 unit retirement/assisted living facility. Marketed the facility from pre-construction to facilities completion. Promoted to Executive Director. Managed a staff of over 36 staff, with total responsibility of compliance with Dept. of Human Services regulations, all personnel issues, budgetary and profit/loss.
