Along with that due to past employment I have experience in being responsible for presenting information for my job weekly which are conducted via video chat. Leadership My leadership qualities have been gained thru experience with sports, Navy JROTC and taking on a full-time college schedule during junior and senior year of high school. I have always strived to bring others together for a mutual benefit of the team or class. I found myself in these roles without trying. I pride myself in always striving to be the best at what I do and help others do the same. I believe leaders do not create followers; they create more leaders.

  • Some of the many tasks I practiced daily at Calcomm were answer the multi-line phone system to assist anyone who may have needed assistance whether it be emergent or non- emergent.
  • Being able to continue staying calm and performing my job efficiently while dealing with high stress situations whether it be a Police, Fire, or EMS emergency.
  • Using many different applications all at the same time, also while staying in communication with our Police, Fire, or EMS via radio.
  • Working as a 911 dispatcher meant being as reliable as it gets as the job doesn't ever stop - it is a 24/7 operation that requires long days/hours of 12 hours sometimes more.

  • Some of the many tasks I practiced daily while in the Flight Operations side of UPS were answering the multi-line phones to assists anyone who may need assistance.
  • Flight Operations is the only 24/7 operation at the Anchorage, Alaska location therefore, we help anyone and everyone that we can.
  • My position also entailed making sure all documentation that was needed for our flights got to the proper aircraft in a timely manner as well as making sure all the Pilots had a ride coordinated to and from their aircrafts/hotels.
  • The most important task of all that I had was making sure that the weight and balance for the cargo planes I was in charge of loading for that day were properly balanced and that all cargo was loaded and/or marked hazmat when needed.
  • One tiny discrepancy could have cost millions in this operation, so attention to detail was very demanding.
09/2019 to 11/2019 Helper Coordinator UNITED POSTEL SERVICE | City, STATE,
  • While being the2019 holiday season Helper Coordinator I learned how to multi-task as well as work at a rapid pace.
  • My daily tasks included but weren't limited to me being on the phone with UPS employees scheduling where/when they were to report to work, find replacements for shifts with very short notice when people couldn't make it to their assigned shifts, and report to payroll how many hours in which each person worked as well as process exceptions for issues that may have occurred with their paychecks.
  • Those being just some of the few things I accomplished on a daily.
  • I also furthered my knowledge and skills in interpersonal communications with management, co-workers, and customers.
