Professional Summary

Here we go. I was 7or 8 years old I just got out of school for summer break. I remember riding home on the school bus all the great times I was going have that summer. NO school, No homework and the very best sleeping in. Fast forward about 11.5 hours. I was a sleep when the light come on. It was granddaddy saying get up and put work clothes on. So that morning in a tobacco field at 4:30 am not knowing what I was doing or doing it for was my first day at a real job. Done that ever summer till I was 16 teen. Graduated high school and when to work at the Chevrolet dealer changing oil. In 7months I was move up mechanic. In 3 years I was ASE master tech and fully certified by General Motors. Left there and worked for Granite manpower where my job scope was warranty work General Electric windmill division. Witch was anything from semi or annually maintenance to rigging to a 48,000 lb nosecone 320 feet in the air to remove and replace it. This also started my skills at troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment with PLC and HIMs. Time spent at Granite I become a heavy equipment operator, fall arrest instructor, and a lead rigger. Learned the proper ways of lace alignment and torque procedures. And worked all over this great USA. The rest is on my job history.

Skills
  • One the best skills I believe is that I can truly relate to people. I never forget were I came from and the people that help me become the person I am today. That being said I found you can not use that 100% of the time when you are in managements. I learner you can only be that way 60% of the time. The 30% is becoming I very good at reading the people around you that helping you get your job done to the best of your abilities. Lean on people strength and show then that u see what there doing. let them know how much you appreciated in front of the whole department. You are then showing your whole department that they hard work and effort will not go unrecognize. I am also familiar with PCPs,PLCs. They were a big part in trouble shooting and Debugging of Corning productions equipment. Worked with QCP and Inventory Control software. Serval difference industrial and automation programs. Haven,t work much with the environment side of the industry. I have never in my career walked away from anything I have done and felt ashamed.
