Learned the proper ways of lace alignment and torque procedures. And worked all over this great USA. The rest is on my job history.

Skills
  • One the best skills I believe is that I can truly relate to people. I never forget were I came from and the people that help me become the person I am today. That being said I found you can not use that 100% of the time when you are in managements. I learner you can only be that way 60% of the time. The 30% is becoming I very good at reading the people around you that helping you get your job done to the best of your abilities. Lean on people strength and show then that u see what there doing. let them know how much you appreciated in front of the whole department. You are then showing your whole department that they hard work and effort will not go unrecognize. I am also familiar with PCPs,PLCs. They were a big part in trouble shooting and Debugging of Corning productions equipment. Worked with QCP and Inventory Control software. Serval difference industrial and automation programs. Haven,t work much with the environment side of the industry. I have never in my career walked away from anything I have done and felt ashamed.
