  • While I was working as a Quality Analyst for Hewlett-Packard as client, there was a phase where the customer satisfaction rate went very low.
  • I, along with few members worked together with the corporate Quality team, applying the six-sigma principles to identify the defects and root causes.
  • We then worked on outlier management by allocating the non-performers in the operations to senior Quality Analysts.
  • All the necessary resources were provided to the outliers, their performance was gauged at regular intervals and in the course of time, we were able to stabilize the critical performance metric.
