Guest services, resolving guest complaints, making reservations, checking guests in and out, cash and credit transactions.
First shift. Assisted residents with ADLs, assisted with feeding, took vitals, answered call bells and went above and beyond, dancing with some, singing to others and even writing a poem to one resident who was feeling down.

I worked first and third shift, assisting residents with ADLs and on third I did rounds and answered call bells. On both shifts, I got residents ready for the day. I also took vitals.
Worked third shift and did rounds, answered call bells and helped residents with ADLs. Was trained on first shift first and did the same thing as Royal Middletown, but also assisted with feeding and took vitals.
