Professional Summary

I believe that hospitality means going above and beyond what is expected of you so that is what I try to do for every guest that comes here.

I also try my best to do the same for managers and co workers if they need assistance with anything.

I answer Tiki's emails and deal with the travel agents when she is not here.

As well as the guest that come in daily looking for her if she is not here a lot of them come to me because I that I can usually help them.

I realize I do not have a lot of years manager experience but I have worked here for 15 years and have a lot of knowledge when it comes to the campground/hotel and the people who stay here.

Over the years I have built a rapport with the guests, members, & residents.

I really think if you give me a chance I can do this job.

No I do not know every aspect of this position but I can learn what I don't know
