I have experience in food prep, cooking, cost management and health requirements. I have worked in nursing homes and hospitals. I prefer the one on one experience in nursing homes and developing relationships with the residents. I'm extremely flexible on hours. I would love to bring my experience operating a restaurant and my dietary knowledge to give the residents varied and healthy meals.
I have 15 years running a restaurant and doing catering. I was responsible for ordering, training, payroll, cost management and customer relations. I also have 4+ years in dietary management in a hospital setting. I am in process of getting my food certifications at this moment. I worked as a full in cook in nursing homes and love the environment and interacting with the residents. I'm flexible and would love the opportunity to work in this environment again. |
