Summary

Through my career as a school counselor, I have had been able to hone into my skills of building effective and genuine relationships with my students. This is a huge part of being an effective coach and leader, as I have seen my students perform better and become more open with me once they trust me. I have held my coaching license since 2011, but have only been able to use my coaching skills through camps and clinics as a high school and collegiate athlete, simply due to being in college and my work schedule following my college graduation. Coaching young women has always been something I was interested in doing. I felt that being a student-athlete played a large, positive role in my life and I want to be a positive influence and person in the life of the athletes that I am lucky to coach.
