  • Lead coordinator between the Battalion and multiple Department of Defense and civilian agencies providing seamless coordination for equipment fielding, disposal, procurement and repairs, which ensured that the battalion maintained an overall readiness above 90%.
  • Evaluated the Battalion's equipment posture, identified and redistributed excess equipment for proper disposal of over $2 million worth of equipment, took lead and prepared proper material shipping documentation by using Marine Corps Global Combat Support System, inspect and verified material data plates information, producing substantial upkeep savings and improved the Battalion's overall supply readiness.
  • Coordinated and managed several maintenance stand-downs,  conducted inventories using standing technical data, created secondary repairable requests when needed to ensure the Battalion's equipment is operational and ready to support ongoing deployments and Battalion/National Security Agency real-world operations.
  • Trained, mentored and oversaw work section supervisors on proper accounting and maintenance procedures in accordance with standing Maintenance Management Policies and Directives for equipment currently in the repair cycle which shortened the repair time by an average of 2 weeks per instance.

  • Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for an overseas account, which helped identify unserviceable items more rapidly, and fast track equipment through its repair cycle.
  • Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for maintenance of Signal Intelligence Equipment and electronics maintenance, provided mentorship and training for Marines and senior leadership in charge in order to mitigate maintenance concerns.
