I am a dedicated college student who has been working in retail now for two years. I started as an associate, but I am now a manager. I am very kind, soft spoken, and find immense pleasure in being able to assist customers and meet their needs. I have always seen myself as a leader, whether it be among peers or even my own family. This quality shines while I am at work, where I am responsible for keeping dozens of team members on point through my shift.
