I always wanted to be a mother but God saw a different path for me. I have 5 brothers that I have been a big sister to .And as I have loved being a mentor and mother figure to my brothers I have wanted something outside that. I first searched for it in going to school to be a teacher. But I did not find my true calling until I became a sales manager for Radio Shack. Radio Shack combined my love of learning new things along with merchadising along with my desire to grow people. I loved teaching my sales people how to sale and do it in an ethical way. But my greatest take away was how they picked up on my zealous pursuit of having a perfectly merchandised store....every thing priced correctly, merchandised correctly and sharp inventory counts. Most of all, I took pride in the people I grew that went on to be promoted to managemant.

Did not complete bacherlor's degree in education. Was doing well in sales at the time and quit school to pursue a career in sales and sales management.
As a manager for Radio Shack I ran a $500,00 store to a million dollars in sales. I also won many sales contests. When I transferred to Phoenix, I was even invited to Regional Manager training meetings as a guest as a potential canidate, even though I hadn't the numbers yet to qualify. This was because I went in to stores to relieve managers on vacation and they came back to a better merchandised store and a better trained staff.
