Earned Value Homeroom Compliance
- Built and developed an excel-based Earned Value Analysis System (EVAS) for the measuring and analysis of the EIA-748 32 Earned Value Management guidelines (131 metrics)
- Partnered with cost and schedule planners to ensure that processes are compliant to the EIA-748 32 EVM guidelines
- Supported a program Internal Surveillance and compliance reviews with CAMs using data calculated with the EVAS tool

Cost Management
- Was the System Test IPT Cost Analyst Lead
- Was a leading member of the Cost Management Engagement Team that worked with the broader cost management analysts to address areas of concern and growth opportunities, and develop solution plans to bring to team leadership
- Was the designated cost planner for 15+ Control Account Managers (CAMs) with 100+ networks
- Worked with and advised CAMs in account management, EVM metric monitoring, and budgetary and Estimate at Complete (EAC) requests
- Ran a performance forecasting tool for the System Test IPT using monthly data inputs and updates for reporting to program leadership, which improved performance forecasting time by an average of 75%
- Managed the network consolidation of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) from 56 networks to 11 networks for planning and process efficiency
