Summary

Enthusiastic and determined worker trying to begin somewhere bigger to actually begin a family and provide for the people around me how I wish to be able to. I've always been in a sort of job where I am interacting with customers on an almost daily basis. I am trustworthy in executing quotas and discussing any problem the management or other employees might have. I have really no limitations physically or mentally to what you may ask of me. I'm a quick learner, also take time out of my personal time to refresh and retain information as needed. Positive attitude and belief that I can do any task given to me. If asked to meet a quota I will continue to improve and go beyond that. I would say im very good in my communication skills and boosting sales, such as in my time in Sheetz we had a contest to see who could sign more rewards members up in one month, and I won. Collecting 45 more members. I have had customers come to me to thank me for how nice I was or helpful. Some even would ask me to grab their usual items if they saw me in the back. Some have demanded I be the one they speak to, to resolve a problem. Fair to say I have had more than enough experience handling angry and satisfied customers, deescalating situations, and increasing the return of customers/sales. I feel I am very goal-oriented and excited for new opportunities.
