Summary

I grew up in a family business, a restaurant. My father started it in 1983 and it is still running strong today. My father instilled in me the importance of the customer. I would watch him walk to each table and have a personal conversation with every patron. Later in life, I implemented the customer feedback and suggestions to carry his idea to the next level. But Jessica Claire is a laid back man. I am a father of two boys who are my world. I work and seek more to better their lives. It’s just me, so it’s been hard to always make the mortgage and bills, but I’m always optimistic and look outside the box for solutions. As a father, I hope to instill in them the teachings I learned. A self described family man, I remain very close with my mother, often leaning on her 40+ years in business for advice. Beauty in this world is endless, spending my days off work in the woods, exploring, hiking, and just enjoying this world we live in. When it comes to management, I’m extremely passionate about consumers, and their relationship to a business’s success, and how we can work to curb that business towards us. Genuinely caring about employees, customers, vendors allows me to connect with them. An opportunity to bring my relationships to another level, meeting, and making even more connections. I’m not afraid, I’ll take any order and execute it. For the business, I hold nothing back in negotiations, and will fight for the people I trust and work for. To me honesty, and communication open the doors between everyone. Never see just problems, only challenges. God never gives us anything we could not handle. Bosses tend to be the same way :) I believe as a solid team, you can be unstoppable. Thinking outside the box, critical thinking, open sharing, and flow of ideas. Focusing on things other people are missing. I’m not the best but I give 110% always.

Based on my years in the business, along with insight of other professionals ranging from school admin, non profit organizations, restaurants, publishers, bankers to name a few. The program was to help struggling businesses have some focus and guidance to turn their finances around. Page one, customers are your business, use them to further it.
  • Met with business owners, at their request (after paperwork and fees) to discuss their perceived problems and down falls, then really look to see what the real problems and downfalls where and focus on the cause. Then use my knowledge and out of box thinking to focus on the solutions with the rest of their staff, allowing employees to safely voice opinions and give input. Depending on what the budget was would determine my stay, but regardless of price my time outside of that was included, welcoming calls and e-mails with questions, or just a ear to listen and give advice . I never just left a business on their own.

Brand Manager, 06/2000 to 11/2025
ExlMccall, ID,

Also family custom photo credit card designs, including checks with custom photos, designs. Most of this included drawing and designing These ideas for pitch meetings. I never had a idea turned down.
  • I was tasked at reaching out to younger generations , at the time $65 of card holders were elderly, my job entailed drawing in younger, ages 20-35 newly weds, new family, looking to finance that new card or home, consumers who on average spend more. At the time according to (CE) Total annual average household expenditures and associated income increased with the age of the reference person from the under-25 age group to the 35–44 group, which was not statistically different from the 45–54 group. Annual spending and income then declined with age of the reference person for the remaining groups. Household size also increased with age of the reference person from 2.0 persons for the under-25 age group to 3.4 for the 35–44 age group and then declined to 1.6 persons for the 75-and-older group. Larger households, other factors being equal, would need to spend more for most goods and services compared with smaller households. And we wanted those people only seeing MBNA through direct marketing, customizable options, and again showing them that “we” care.

  • Developed brand identity with distinctive graphic style and tone for company communications.

  • I am hard, shrewd negotiator and proceed without fear in every meeting I’ve been apart of, we are there for one reason and I’m there for your business to grow your business, save money, and get what we need. I will sell to whoever amd have honed my skills. I am not cocky , I’m a team player and believe all of our strength and weaknesses can be used, bouncing and relying on eachother towards a common goal.
