In all of the jobs I have worked in the past, I have acquired a lot of experience in not only customer service but in working with others. For the past two summers, my job at Jules Ice Cream has given me an incredible amount of experience that my previous jobs haven't. My boss is a young woman who just opened her ice cream shop in 2020. Because I have been there since the start, I have learned so much in terms of what makes a business run and the work that's put in behind the scenes to create a successful business. Social media is something I have always had a passion for. Although I haven't had any professional work experience in the area of social media, I feel that I have familiarized myself with it and know a lot of the ins and outs of social media.
