Committed Application Development Manager with exceptional leadership and technical skills required to drive teams toward optimal results. Promotes dynamic and flexible application of best practice. Adheres to traditional development lifecycle techniques while also creating original protocols. Routinely demonstrates the ability manage multiple work streams while effectively translating technical requirements into business solutions.
I was given this hybrid position because while I had displayed the talent and desire for application development, I had also performed extremely well serving as a Project Manager from my previous support role due to increased demand. In this roll I balanced managing event projects with sensitive client relationships with custom development projects.
Initial responsibilities included monitoring and resolving attendee support emails, configuring client facing web applications via a CMS and formatting client data into Excel templates. However, within 6 months I had created and implemented a new support process and created time saving applications that served to improve support ticket response time. This resulted in the creation of a new position that would allow me to support Projects with the time I had created by implementing efficiencies.
