Managed 2015 year end high volume period and stepped in as temporary DC Director until a replacement was hired (6+ months). Partnered with MRD Operations group to help improve the MRD conversion process. A macro was created and is used by the operations team once MRDs are converted to FPRS. This macro helped to decrease the number of DSR requests and manual updates.
Created and maintained training documents to assist other Systems Analyst as well as Software Developers in the conversion of complex data items.
Received a perfect score on most client surveys completed by internal partners after the completion of conversion projects.
Considered Subject Matter Expert related to many complex conversion data elements. Some of those data elements include Auto Enrollment, Auto Increase, Minimum Required Distributions, Distribution Elections, Vesting and Deemed Loans.
