Accomplishments

Managed 2015 year end high volume period and stepped in as temporary DC Director until a replacement was hired (6+ months). Held daily meetings with DC Data Conversion and Implementation team, both onshore and offshore reviewing the status of all projects and stepped in when needed to ensure SLA's were met for all projects.


Supported the conversion of data for many high profile DC clients to the Fidelity Recordkeeping System (FPRS) such as General Dynamics, Kraft, Deutsche Bank, Catholic Health Initiatives, Advance Auto Parts, Northrop Grumman, and Disney (DB and HW on line beneficiary to IDB).


Initiated the creation of a new tapespec needed to load deceased participant data to beneficiary accounts at conversion. Record 76 was successfully put into production in 2013 and reduced the need for manual updates to beneficiary MRD's.


Partnered with MRD Operations group to help improve the MRD conversion process. A macro was created and is used by the operations team once MRDs are converted to FPRS. This macro helped to decrease the number of DSR requests and manual updates.


Created and maintained training documents to assist other Systems Analyst as well as Software Developers in the conversion of complex data items.


Received a perfect score on most client surveys completed by internal partners after the completion of conversion projects.


Considered Subject Matter Expert related to many complex conversion data elements. Some of those data elements include Auto Enrollment, Auto Increase, Minimum Required Distributions, Distribution Elections, Vesting and Deemed Loans.

  • Support group of Data Software Engineer Developers in multiple locations (Smithfield, RI; Westlake, TX; India).
  • Assign conversion projects to Systems Analysts, create internal PPMC to track projects and for programmer assignment.
