  • Built Automotive Wiring harnesses (using American Autowire harness as a base)
  • Built 4 Link suspension from scratch utilizing a complex suspension calculator to calculate anti squat, anti-lift, and body roll as well as driving characteristics based off of link separation, height, triangulation and pan hard or watts link variables
  • Welded 4 link Rear and 3 Link Front suspension
  • Manufactured parts on Plasma table utilizing InkScape and Mach4 to create desired tool paths and custom parts from scratch ranging from Skid plates, to crossmembers, Axle trusses as well as Johhny Joint mount brackets, LT/L83 ECU mount brackets and more
  • Performed LS and LT swaps using stock Engine management or Fitech management
  • Tig welded stainless Exhaust system from Header back for worlds first LT L83 swapped FJ40 Land cruiser
  • Worked with aluminum bodied FJ40, FJ43, and FJ45 trucks, drilling and templating all holes from the steering column to the Gauge cluster, headlight switch, ignition, all functioning switches, fuel filler neck and speaker housings
