  • Conduct residential and commercial inspections to confirm the presence of toxic black mold. Report findings to Operations Manager who determines course of action and develops estimate/contract.
  • Upon client approval of project, gather needed staff, tools and supplies necessary to complete the project.
  • Arrive at project site, review contract and scope of work to be completed with client and obtain required signatures.
  • Assist staff in setting up negative air environment, completion of any demolition that may be needed. Treat the mold infected areas via latest recommended EPA practices in a timely manner. Upon completion of work assist in jobsite and equipment cleanup.
  • Ensure all work has been completed to the highest standards.
  • Review work with client to ensure complete satisfaction. Review with client any recommended mitigation needs to prevent further mold contamination.
  • Collect any payment due.
