  • Took part in helping develop the Open Text Portal (My Work Portal) for FHA Claims by helping assist in creating activity buckets and an organizational structure for FHA Claim procedures.
  • Over the course of the past four to five years, I have created over 150 procedures for many claim types processed within FHA Claims.
