New Legal Jobs Set Up for Wall Street Fallout

Careers in law are opening up as legal firms prepare to deal with the fallout from recent problems on Wall Street.

This is what has been suggested by AE Feldman, which said that a number of task forces are being set up in anticipation of "challenges on the horizon".

"The issues these task forces seek to address can dramatically impact their clients' bottom lines. This is critically important in today’s business climate," commented company president Mitch Feldman.

Competition to be a lawyer is generally "intense", according to the Department of Labor's Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2008-09 Edition.

However, new research from the University of Iowa has found that there is a way for some candidates to gain an edge over their rivals.
