My current position at Merrill Lynch consists of providing white glove services to our wealth clients. Our wealth clients have $250k invested or more and have Merrill Lynch or Bank of America branded credit cards. We service the clients credit cards. The services we provide is anything from payment allocation, rate inquiry, rewards and promotions. We are required to meet quality control metrics for every call. My daily interactions within an 8 hour work day is anywhere from 60 - 80 calls. My achievements with Merrill Lynch include Employee of the month in September of 2013, Employee of the week December 27, 2013. I have also received global recognition from our fraud department for fraud prevention.
My role as Assistant Manager at Never Too Spoiled was everything from providing excellent customer service to our valued loyal customers to assisting in the buying of inventory for the store. I also managed a team of employees that consisted of 7 members. Acting in my roll I was responsible for inventory, scheduling, payroll and day to day manager duties.
