Created the AGDATA business case, budget and strategy and Industry acceptance within the US and CN Agricultural market place for the AgCelerate Stewardship Solution. Expanded that platform to include a transactional services solution that was branded as AgCelerate SG.
Created the AGDATA business case, budget and strategy for entry into the Animal Health market. Launched the first AGDATA AHI client and established them as the third largest client within AGDATA. At hand-off, I had service contracts in place with every major AHI manufacture and had successfully created and implemented the AGDATA Vet License Confirmation System utilized by all Manufactures and Distributors alike to ensure a vet is properly licensed to purchase FDA designated products.
As the WideStrike Insect Protection Trait for Cotton progressed closer to EPA approval, I was charged with ensuring customer, product (ordering, shipping and allocations), licensing, communications and revenue recognition processes were properly defined, introduced and implemented to have a successful launch. The process manual I created is still the guiding document for that business today.
