Managed the environment to support the rapid expansion of Cisco video conferencing, seeing the Cisco footprint increase from under 100 endpoints to over 900 in the past 3 years.
  • Transitioned BNY Mellon from legacy Adobe Connect, TSP Webex and traditional audio conference services to Webex CCA which brought additional features, reduced cost, increased service quality. As a result user adoption of Webex service has doubled.
  • Oversaw two migrations of Qumu streaming & VoD service, ultimately restoring stability and confidence in the platform for critical senior management all-hands town halls.
  • Lead effort to optimize Webex within the enterprise, insuring optimal protocol and network paths are used for audio and video streams, resulting in improved quality of the Webex service.

  • Maintained relationships with key A/V manufacturers and resellers and served as escalation point between support teams and vendors.
  • Completed three major video conference integration projects; integrating Lehman with Barclays Capital, integrating Barclaycard with Barclays Bank and integrating Barclaycard with Barclays Capital. The integration projects involved the deployment of IPGWs and VCS Gks, the migration of endpoints into dedicated IP space and the remuneration of endpoint E164 addresses to unify the dial plan, to provide QoS, to overcome IP address overlap and to allow traffic to traverse firewalls.
  • Designed, deployed and supported an IPTV system to deliver CNBC, MSNBC and internal programming to all desktop PCs within the US.
