I am a senior level manager for a food and beverage company who is very excited to find a job posting for a XXXXX. I have over 12 years of experience working in the restaurant and sports venue industry, 5 start ups nationwide ranging from casual quick service chains to multi-million dollar sports stadium openings. Overall experience in many different settings and positions ranging from general field work to General and Regional Manager before being promoted to the corporate office in 2010. Working in many different positions has allowed me to see the full picture of how my role within the food and beverage operation affects the entire food and beverage experience for each guest and client we provide services to that walks through the doors. Additionally, I have excelled in customer service, receiving numerous customer and client compliments throughout my career thus far. I currently serve as a Vice-President of Operations for a company that provides food and beverage services to 22 stadiums across the United States. My main focus is managing our Directors on site and being the direct representative from our corporate offices to our clients. In my current and past employment experiences I have been noted for my customer service and ability to provide strong leadership throughout many different circumstances in my career. I was promoted from Assistant General Manager to General Manager of a Buffalo Wild Wings in less than one year on the job in a start-up operation in 2001. In 2003 I changed gears and got into venue foodservice and was hired as the Director of Food and Beverage in 2003 to oversee a $26MM stadium build out and start a food and beverage operation from the ground up. In 2006 we created our own F/B company to provide services to other facilities across the country and I was promoted to GM of Food Services for our first client and managed the startup and build out of a $42MM facility. Based on performance and company growth in 2008, I was promoted to Midwest Regional Manager and oversaw 3 additional properties while still managing my own. Finally in 2010 I was promoted to Vice President of Operations and in my first year on the job our business doubled from 7 teams to 14 in that time frame. Managing our directors on sight and playing a vital role in the sales material presentations to bring new clients on board. I can provide letters of reference from previous employers, business associates, and employment evaluations displaying my experience, professionalism, and dedication.
