Redesigned the leadership annual giving program to increase the number of lower five-figure gifts by more than 10 percent, and repurposed the Andrew Carnegie Society Board (leadership annual giving) to focus their efforts equally on peer solicitations and stewardship activities.
Implemented a customer relationship model in the annual giving program.
Within the first year this resulted in the reversal of the approximate loss of 1,000 donors per year, without increasing operating dollars.
