I am a licensed Master Plumber in the state of Texas. I have fourteen years experience in the plumbing field, and during that time have worked on existing structures, as well as new construction and commercial or industrial facilities as well. I have knowledge in the plumbing field which includes diagnosing problems, troubleshooting and executing solutions. With this field, I also have experience in customer service and sales.
I complete yearly continuing education to maintain my Master Plumbers license and I am also a licensed journeyman plumber. I recently completed a responsible master plumber course, which provided additional education/information on providing excellent customer service and business finances.
In this position I assisted with moving vehicles to a shop to be repaired and retrieving vehicles when the customer arrived. This was a part-time after school job I had in high school.
In this position I disassembled broken and defective equipment to facilitate repair. I applied various machinist techniques to different types of equipment and to do this, used lathes, boring machines and milling machines along with other equipment.

This company previously only provided HVAC services and the owner wished to branch out. In this position I supervised journeyman plumbers, apprentices and worked with the company's owners to obtain appropriate equipment as well as bidding on jobs, reading blueprints, scheduling jobs and marketing of the new division.
I returned to my previous employer when my former partners did not uphold contract agreements.
