As head coach, my focus is to help my student athletes achieve a high level of basketball fundamentals, and to mentor them in personal discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. I am In charge of all aspects of practice, conditioning, weight training, and study hall. As part of our basketball program I run summer strength and conditioning programs and open gyms. Further, I help student athletes develop post-graduation goals and planning, and when warranted, with the recruitment process.

I assisted by leading practices and instructing players on the fundamentals of basketball. I was responsible for facilitating practices during the head coach's absence and the strength and conditioning program. I conducted off-season and summer open gyms and strength and conditioning programs.

I addressed design issues, assigned work to work crews, and was the direct contact between HC Contractors and the owner and suppliers.
